Are you a Product Manager that specialises with Data? Are you a Data Leader that enjoys leading a transformation taking a company that "Data Rich, poor insights" to an organisation that is truly data led?

We’re looking for an experienced Data Leader or Data Product Manager to join a growing, data-rich organisation currently transforming how they use data to drive smarter decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take ownership of the data function, modernise ways of working, and help a talented but siloed team become a cohesive, insight-driven unit.

You’ll be stepping in to lead a small data team (Data Analyst + 2 BI Developers) through an exciting transformation. The business has an abundance of data but is still on the journey toward becoming truly data-driven. Set strategy and direction for the data team and drive better collaboration and delivery.

  • Define and implement best practice across data management, governance, and reporting.
  • Shape the data platform roadmap - evaluating current tools (including Qlik) and leading decisions around the future of data architecture (e.g. Power BI, hybrid or new solutions).
  • Turn data into insight - helping the business leverage historic and real-time data to anticipate issues, predict trends, and deliver proactive insights to clients.

To be successful as the Data Product Manager, all you need to have is:

  • Proven experience leading or transforming data teams, improving culture, delivery, and communication.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms and architecture - ideally including Qlik, but open to those with other BI or data visualisation tools who’ve led transformation projects.
  • A passion for getting value from data - moving from “data-rich but insight-poor” to truly data-driven.

This role is perfect for someone who has held positions like Data Team Lead, Head of Data, or Data Product Manager, with a background in BI / Data Analysis.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy, upskill the team, and influence the future direction of data within a well-established and ambitious business.
