A growing professional services firm is looking for a Data Ops Analyst to join a collaborative, fast-paced team focused on making data useful and accessible across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling day-to-day data requests (via JIRA)
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Analysing large datasets to find trends and insights
- Working with teams to understand reporting needs
- Improving data quality and automating recurring reports
- Documenting your work to support collaboration and consistency
What you’ll need:
- Solid SQL and Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI (or similar tools)
- Some Python knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable explaining data to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience with Azure, Databricks or ETL processes
- Understanding of data modelling concepts
