Data Analyst

Salary: Up to £50,000

Location: Manchester City Centre (2 days per week onsite)

We’re working with one of Manchester’s leading digital agencies who are looking for a Data Analyst to partner with stakeholders across the business and support truly data-driven decision making. Following significant recent investment, the business is entering a major growth phase, making this an exciting time to join.

As their Data Analyst, you’ll take ownership of their in-house data infrastructure, working closely with teams across finance, marketing, sales and beyond. You’ll dive into data to uncover insights, streamline reporting, and enhance the quality and accessibility of information across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing as their Data Analyst:

• Design and deliver reporting in Tableau Cloud, building intuitive dashboards and visualisations that drive meaningful business decisions.
• Maintain and optimise ELT pipelines using Fivetran to ensure reliable, efficient data flows into the central warehouse.
• Use SQL to extract, prepare, and transform data for analysis and reporting.
• Champion data quality and governance, documenting processes, monitoring accuracy, and contributing to the roadmap for ongoing data improvements.
• Collaborate with teams across the business, supporting projects, identifying opportunities, and translating data into actionable insights.
