We’re supporting a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in London in their search for a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join their expanding security function. This is a hands‑on, client-facing role focused on securing multi‑client environments across network, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security solutions (firewalls, EDR, cloud security controls)
- Lead incident response, investigation, and remediation
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and drive risk mitigation
- Manage SIEM and security monitoring tools
- Advise clients on best practices and compliance (Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
Experience Required
- Strong firewall experience (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- EDR & endpoint security (Microsoft Defender, Sophos, etc.)
- Network security (VLANs, VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS)
- Azure and/or AWS security configuration
