The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We’re supporting a leading UK University with two major system implementations and need an experienced Business Analyst to support on two key projects over the next 6 months.
The two projects:
- Implementation of a new curriculum and timetable management system.
- Migration of the Student Information System from on-premise to SaaS.
Both projects are mid-implementation, so we need someone confident hitting the ground running.
What you’ll do:
- Lead BA activity across both projects - requirements, process design, and system configuration.
- Work closely with the Academic Quality and curriculum teams to streamline end-to-end processes.
- Support data migration and ensure clean, accurate transfer with external suppliers.
- Improve student-facing experiences through UX and user journey mapping.
You’ll need:
- Proven Business Analyst experience leading large-scale system implementations.
- Must have knowledge of curriculum or academic systems (e.g. WorkTribe, Akari, Courseloop, TimeEdit).
- Strong data and stakeholder engagement skills as well as the ability to map user journeys.
