We are recruiting for a rapidly scaling AI startup looking to add high-performing Outbound SDRs to its London team, helping businesses adapt to the changing ways customers discover and research brands online. It’s a fast-paced, high-reward outbound sales environment where you will target major enterprise brands.
The SaaS SDR package:
- £Uncapped commission in a high-performance environment
- Clear progression opportunities as the business scales
Responsibilities include:
- Executing strategic cold outreach and prospecting into major enterprise businesses
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline for an innovative AI SaaS platform
- Engaging C-suite executives and senior marketing decision-makers to book high-quality meetings
- Working closely with the founders and wider commercial team to develop outbound strategies
Requirements:
- Over 12 months of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, technology, MarTech or a similar environment
- A desire to join an early-stage business and help build something
- Willingness to work 5 days a week on-site in London
