Do you want to join a business investing heavily in technology, operational transformation, and modernising its systems landscape? We’re looking for a Product Owner to join a growing Retail Distribution organisation undergoing major transformation across ERP, Warehouse Management, Data, and Sustainability initiatives.

As their Product Owner, you’ll work closely with Development, Delivery, and Business teams to define requirements, manage stakeholders, and drive improvements across operational systems and integrations. You’ll own the roadmap for key business systems, helping deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and customer insight.

Key Projects Include:

  • Replacing and improving Finance and Warehouse Management Systems
  • ERP transformation projects (Sage ERP experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Leveraging AI and forecasting capabilities to improve operational planning
  • Sustainability initiatives focused on reducing carbon footprint
  • Data transformation projects to improve reporting, visibility, and customer insights
  • Improving integrations between operational platforms and business systems

Experience within Retail, Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain environments would be highly advantageous.
