Are you a hands-on Business Analyst who thrives in complex transformation environments where you’re not just gathering requirements but shaping how an entire platform and operating model gets rebuilt?

Location: Hybrid - Manchester

Contract Type: Outside IR35

Duration: Initial 10 week discovery phase, with strong extension into 6–12 months

Day Rate: £400-£450

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who has:

  • Strong Business Analyst experience in transformation programmes
  • Experience with process mapping and end-to-end workflow design
  • Confidence working in highly ambiguous, discovery-led environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience working alongside technical teams in digital delivery

As the Business Analyst you will be:

  • Leading discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions
  • Mapping and redesigning end-to-end business processes
  • Translating ambiguous problems into structured requirements and backlogs
  • Working closely with architects and engineers to shape solution direction
  • Supporting change management and operating model design
  • Helping bring structure to a large-scale platform replacement programme
