Maxwell Bond is seeking a Founding Robotics Software Engineer to help build the robotics software stack from the ground up.

You will own broad portions of the stack, from perception to motion planning, and see your code run on physical robots in real environments.

You’ll write production software in C++ and Python, develop low-latency telemetry systems and deploy robotics capabilities across edge hardware.

This is a hands-on early-stage role with direct hardware exposure and rapid feedback.
