  • Drive strategy and shape the future of the contract division
  • Build and develop a high-performing recruitment team
  • Own revenue growth and market expansion

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow your own contract recruitment desk and contractor runner book

  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing contract recruitment team
  • Drive team performance, KPIs, contractor numbers, and revenue growth
  • Develop strategic relationships with key clients across the UK, EU, and USA
  • Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the contract division

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience within the contract recruitment sector
  • Strong track record of billing and managing contractor runners
  • Demonstrable success in business development and client acquisition
  • Previous leadership, management, or mentoring experience
  • Ambition to build and scale a high-growth contract recruitment division
  • A growth mindset with the drive to create something exceptional

Benefits

  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Quarterly incentive trips (Ibiza, Portugal, Italy, Greece and more)
  • Award-winning training and development
  • Clear progression pathway into senior leadership
  • Regular social events, lunch clubs, and team incentives
