Maxwell Bond is working with an offshore wind client who have a blade repair campaign getting underway in April and require eight Blade Repair Technicians for a 6-month project.
The ideal person with have worked on a similar project for Vestas in the past and be available for 2 on and 2 off rotations in Northeast Scotland.
Essential experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Vestas (V-164) turbines
- Previously worked on a blade maintenance campaign before
- Have worked in offshore wind for at least 2 years
Essential training
- Completed GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT)
- EPOXY Blade Safety
- Vestas Technical Blade Entry Course
- IRATA Rope Access Level 1, 2 or 3
Desirable training
- Vestas Technical & Operating
- Vestas Safety Awareness
- Vestas WT Safety Rules
- Vestas Management Instruction
