We’re partnering with a global software consultancy as they expand into the UK, following the award of a major multi-year programme with a UK Defence client. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level of their UK growth, playing a key role in delivering and supporting a high-profile, security-critical platform.
The Role
- Own and support UK-hosted production systems in a secure environment
- Act as the primary UK technical contact for clients
- Deliver L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Lead incident response and manage live production issues
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and operational processes
- Work closely with offshore Dev & QA teams to resolve issues and drive improvements
What's important for this role
- Proven ability to independently support live production environments
- Strong experience in DevOps & Cloud (AWS/Azure)
- Experience in high-pressure, incident-driven environments
- Solid development background in .NET (C#), JavaScript
- Strong SQL Server experience in production settings
- Understanding of web architecture, APIs, and secure integrations
- Good knowledge of database performance and optimisation
