One of the UK’s leading SaaS vendors with nearly £1 billion revenue are looking for an Automation Test Engineer to join their massively expanding software engineering function. Over the past 3 years, they have brought their Tech function in house and as their Software Tester, you will be working closely with the wider engineering team as they build out a brand new greenfield customer and client facing platform which will be utilised by clients ranging from NHS, major logistics firms, public safety and retail (and millions of their employees!).

They have a small existing QA function, who are integrated with the development team, however due to the speed and velocity of new work that the teams are creating, they are in need of an Automation Test Engineer to help support the build of their products which are used by millions across the UK. As a business, they are remote first, with the team only in the Manchester office once a month.

You’ll be a good fit for this if:

  • You have strong experience in manual and automation testing.
  • Proven experience in building automation testing frameworks using .NET, and automation tools with a focus on Playwright and Selenium Webdriver.
  • All their work is Cloud first utilising Azure.
  • You’re experienced working in an agile team with all the common activities such as: create Test Scenarios, UI Testing, Test Cases, applying Risk Analysis, coordinate test efforts within the team.
  • You’ll be a highly adaptable team player! Able to problem solve on multiple projects whilst gaining great experience.
