As their ARC Support Manager, you’ll be the trusted technical expert for Alarm Receiving Centres, leading onboarding and enablement across the UK. You’ll guide clients through full platform adoption while acting as the bridge between customer technical teams and internal stakeholders. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role combining technology expertise, operational excellence, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of ARCs onto the platform
- Run technical discovery sessions and advise on networks, connectivity, firewalls, and integrations
- Deliver software/hardware demos and train ARC teams
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Essential Experience:
- Proficient with alarm monitoring software (Sentinel, Patriot, IMIX, Immix, AlarmFront, Alarm Center)
- Experienced in alarm interpretation, incident management, and escalation
- Knowledge of central station procedures, workflows, and alarm protocols (Contact ID, SIA, CID)
- Networking fundamentals (IP, VPNs, firewalls, routing) and system integration expertise
- Strong reporting and communication skills
