A leading global SaaS provider is looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients across the UK and EMEA. This is a client-facing role focused on developing long-term relationships, driving renewals, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an established customer base.
You will take ownership of 10–14 strategic accounts, working closely with senior stakeholders within large organisations. The role offers a high level of autonomy and ownership, making it ideal for someone confident managing complex client relationships and driving commercial growth within existing accounts.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 10–14 enterprise accounts
- Own the commercial relationship with key clients
- Develop account strategies to maximise revenue growth
- Travel to meet clients and strengthen relationships when required
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, delivery, and customer success
Experience in Account Management within a SaaS environment
Proven track record of growing and retaining enterprise accounts
