We're partnering with one of the UK's leading Learning & Development providers to recruit an Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join their growing commercial team. The Role

As an Account Manager / Business Development Manager, you'll manage a blend of new business development and existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to help organisations achieve their learning and development goals through innovative e-learning solutions.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing new business opportunities across a variety of industries.
  • Managing and growing an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers across HR, Learning & Development and leadership teams.
  • Understanding client challenges and recommending tailored e-learning programmes and training solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional learning programmes.
  • Delivering engaging virtual and face-to-face client meetings.
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline using CRM.
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

About You

You'll enjoy building relationships, uncovering opportunities and helping customers find the right learning solution.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in B2B business development or sales.
  • A consultative approach to selling and relationship management.
  • Experience managing both new business opportunities and existing accounts.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • The ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
