We’re working with a fast growing SaaS business that is helping organisations improve workplace safety and employee protection through innovative technology. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of B2B customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships but also wants the freedom to grow accounts and increase revenue.
You’ll inherit a warm portfolio of around 120 active customers worth approximately £250k ARR, with plenty of opportunity to upsell, cross sell and develop existing relationships. The customer base is already engaged, with many accounts having clear potential to expand.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for retaining and growing existing customer accounts, becoming a trusted partner to key stakeholders and helping customers get maximum value from the platform. The software helps organisations manage employee safety, improve response processes and protect their teams through connected technology. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Sales and Leadership teams to drive adoption, renewals and account growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of around 100 B2B customers
- Build strong relationships with decision makers across multiple industries
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Drive renewals and improve customer retention
- Run account reviews, demos and customer training sessions
- Increase adoption and engagement across the customer base
- Keep CRM records and account plans up to date
- Work with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone commercially minded who enjoys owning relationships and finding growth opportunities. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience in SaaS sales: Account Management, Customer Success or new business sales
- A track record of managing and growing customer accounts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities
- Experience working with CRM systems
