Overview
A leading UK cyber security consultancy is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships. The successful candidate will focus primarily on developing existing accounts, while also identifying and nurturing select new business opportunities within the cyber security sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to maximise client satisfaction and revenue.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling consultancy services and solutions.
- Support new business development with a small element of new logo acquisition.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and present account performance reports and proposals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the cyber security landscape and client needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cyber security sales or account management.
- Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple accounts.
- Willingness to travel to Glasgow or Newcastle a couple of times per month.
