As our business continues to grow, we're investing in our warehouse operation and are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our Morning, Day, and Late Shift teams.

We're are recruitng for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team.

This role is essential to ensuring customer orders are received, picked, packed, and loaded accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and load customer orders
  • Receive and store incoming stock
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely
  • Maintain stock accuracy and warehouse organisation
  • Support the team in achieving daily targets and KPIs
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and accurately
  • Follow company procedures and health & safety requirements

Requirements

  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence (required)
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Reach Truck, PPT and UK Driving Licence advantageous
