Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to deliver our brand image across stores and lead the local VM team. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, partner with HQ and the central team, and ensure displays align with brand guidelines and commercial needs.
You will create window displays, oversee in-store merchandising, supervise stores (on-site and remotely), track performance, coach staff, and drive the retail strategy while traveling to assigned stores as required.
