About the Role
- Assist and enable participants with daily tasks, including meal preparation, personal care and administering medication.
- Assisting with domestic duties around the home.
- Support and enable participants to achieve their goals.
About You
- Experience with or knowledge of MFCS V, MACS V, and CFCS V.
- Clinical experience is essential due to the complex care needs.
- Experience across a range of disabilities, including quadriplegic & complex care.
- Good communication skills.
- Empathy for the issues facing people with a disability.
- Strong belief in the principles of Person Centred Practices.
- NSW Driver’s License (or similar) plus can drive van.
