From assessments and health services to employability programmes and specialist support, we do work that matters with people who care.Role : Team Performance Leader (Supervisor level within Operations) reporting to the AC Manager. This role does not conduct clinical or medical activities.Responsibilities Daily supervision of a team of HCPs and/or AC Administrators to deliver output and quality targetsSet challenging personal goals for staff using the CHDA Performance Management FrameworkDeliver team objectives and performance against targets through robust performance management methodsAdminister and report HCP productivity and quality performance to AC managerAdminister and report on performance management processes of admin staffCommunicate team objectives and performance against targetsLead daily team meetingsResolve / escalate team issues and roadblocksInvestigate and resolve complaints and escalate complaints as requiredLiaise with AC Manager to develop and embed best practicesWork with Clinical Standards Leads to escalate clinical questions through appropriate channels, communicating resolution back to the HCP teamProvide admin employees with appropriate mentorship, coaching and reviews to deliver quality services and support career progressionEffectively and proactively manage absences to minimise ad hoc and ongoing absenceOther ad hoc duties as requiredDemonstrated supervisory and leadership skillsAble to collaborate effectively with others to drive a performance cultureAble to supervise work of a team to make sure output and quality expectations are metAble to meet workload requirements and use time productivelyAble to deliver accurate work and adhere to established procedures and professional standardsAble to understand, anticipate and meet immediate and medium-term customer and client needsAble to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, adapt communication to audience needs, and interact constructively with a range of audiencesAble to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful interactionsAble to champion direction set by senior management and inspire a team to deliver resultsAble to drive continuous improvementExperience performing the AC Administrator function at a CHDA centre or similar experience helpful but not essentialRequirements and profile Experience supervising a team to deliver output and quality targetsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage performance and provide coachingAbility to collaborate across functions and drive improvementAbility to adapt to a hybrid site-based and home-based roleBenefits 25 days annual leave9% combined pensionFlexible benefits packageHoliday trade schemeSalary – £30,000 to £35,100 per year. This is a hybrid role, split between site-based work and home-based.
