Maximus UK is seeking a Performance Business Partner to bridge the Portfolio Performance Director and delivery teams. You will monitor contract performance, identify risks and enable continuous improvement through data and insight-driven interventions.
You will lead performance reviews, ensure visibility of key data, escalate unresolved issues and support mobilisation, transition or recovery planning, acting as a trusted advisor to operational leads and Portfolio Directors.
