Responsibilities:

  • Meet personal performance targets and KPIs.
  • Manage a caseload of customers using coaching strategies, ensuring they are prepared for interviews and job searching.
  • Undertake in-depth assessments using a variety of tools to understand customers' circumstances and barriers.
  • Co-produce personalised SMART action plans with sequenced interventions and development opportunities.
  • Use an integration framework to obtain local specialist support for specific issues (e.g., substance misuse, anger management, debt advice, health and vocational training).
  • Identify recruitment needs of employers and undertake tailored pre-screens and group assessments.
  • Co-produce effective in-work support plans with participants and employers.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Fully comply with company policies including personal data security, safeguarding and health & safety.
  • Work from local hubs and community outreach locations to increase service accessibility.

Qualifications:

  • Customer-focussed with a strong commitment to customer care.
  • Strong team player with a positive and flexible approach.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Previous experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
  • Fully IT literate in Microsoft Office 365 and modern digital technologies (Teams, Zoom, Google).
  • Strong communicator – ability to listen, question and build relationships.
  • Demonstrable creative problem-solving skills and a positive approach to overcoming barriers.
  • Ability to plan and organise workload to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in the Welfare to Work sector is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the employability industry and recruitment background desirable.

Salary: £29,400 to £31,700 per annum.
