MAXIMUS in the UK is seeking an Employment Specialist to support vulnerable adults with disabilities or barriers to employment, travelling within your delivery area and using a driving licence.
You will implement the 5 stages of Supported Employment:
- customer engagement
- profiling
- employer engagement
- job matching
- in-work support
You will advocate for participants, coordinate with partners, and deliver one-to-one pre-employment support including on-the-job coaching and reasonable adjustments.
