From assessments and health services to employability programmes and specialist support, we do work that matters with people who care.
The Partnership Executive is responsible for developing and managing a robust Community Partnership Network and building strong relationships with Jobcentre Plus (JCP) and their staff. This includes liaising with JCP regarding participant referrals and maintaining compliance with statutory documentation requirements. The role also involves identifying and engaging local community-based specialists and providers to deliver funded and non-funded services that address barriers to employment. Through effective partnership management and stakeholder engagement, the Partnership Executive supports positive participant outcomes and drives performance across the Restart Scheme.
- Community Partnership Development: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with local community partners and specialist providers to create a diverse directory of services for participants. Build and maintain relationships with local Jobcentre Plus and their staff. Act as an effective conduit between Jobcentre Plus and Maximus Restart offices.
- Barrier Identification and Provision Matching: Work closely with operational teams to understand participant barriers and source appropriate interventions to support progression towards employment.
- Negotiation and Due Diligence: Negotiate costs for external provision and ensure all suppliers meet compliance and quality standards through rigorous due diligence processes.
- Performance Promotion: Collaborate with Regional Account Managers and Jobcentre Plus (JCP) Work Coaches to promote referrals and maximise funded opportunities for participants.
- Reporting and Impact Analysis: Track provision starts and completions, monitor impact on sustainable job outcomes, and produce monthly reports against agreed benchmarks.
- Knowledge Sharing and Training: Deliver ongoing briefings and updates to operational staff, employer engagement teams, and JCP to promote available provision and enhance referral performance.
