Responsibilities Drive performance against contractual and cohort targets to meet outcome requirements. Ensure financial KPIs are achieved through efficient and cost-effective resource utilization. Collaborate with partnership teams to ensure high-quality service delivery that exceeds expectations. Requirements Extensive experience (3+ years) in senior operational roles, preferably within the employment sector. Proven leadership and team management skills in a performance-driven environment. Strong networking skills and ability to build strategic relationships. Experience in delivering high-quality operational services and developing team capabilities. Additional responsibilities include: Achieving key performance targets (financial, contractual, quality). Leading, mentoring, and coaching teams to meet objectives. Financial planning and resource management. Ensuring compliance with governance, quality, HR, health & safety, and legal standards. Fostering a high-performance, innovative culture. Maintaining relationships with the DWP and other stakeholders.
