MAXIMUS is seeking an Adult Skills Vocational Trainer to assess, plan and deliver learning for adults across Barking, Enfield and Stratford.
You will administer initial and diagnostic assessments, tailor ILPs, and provide both accredited and non-accredited training across key sectors.
You will support learners to gain employability skills, English, maths and digital competences, while tracking progress, reviewing needs, and maintaining high quality teaching and safeguarding standards.
