The Customer Service Advisor is expected to provide an exceptional level of service to our service users, working with various organisations from charity, third sector, and government sectors.
The role requires:
- Understanding, supporting, and advising customers requiring a range of information, advice, and guidance.
- Providing telephone and multi-channel support with integrity, professionalism, and compliance with all relevant processes, procedures, and legislation.
- Meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Providing multi-channel information services and accurate, meaningful support.
- Listening patiently, empathising, and conveying a genuine desire to help.
- Maintaining Customer Records Management (CRM) system with accurate data input.
- Working with colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improving services and responding positively to change.
- Researching effectively to meet deadlines.
- Operating in compliance with company policies, HR best practices, and relevant regulations including PCI, GDPR, ISO 27001, 9001, and 14001.
