The Community & Partnership Engagement Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with local services and stakeholders to increase referrals into our service and to support onward/outward referrals and signposting to other services. This part‑time, fixed‑term role (18.75 hours per week for 12 months) requires candidates to be based within Oxfordshire or able to commute across the Oxfordshire area, as it involves regular travel within the community.
Key Responsibilities- Drive quality referrals to the service via professional and self‑referral channels.
- Utilise an Asset Based Community Development approach to harness community skills and opportunities.
- Build relationships with key referring pathways to establish innovative engagement techniques.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications Team to support deployment and distribution of collateral/resources.
- Maximise co‑production opportunities across the service, engaging priority groups and locations.
- Establish effective referral pathways into and out of the service, supporting all referral channels and cross‑sector avenues.
- Develop and deliver presentations, pop‑ups, and stands across the network to promote services.
- Meet agreed KPIs/Targets and report to management, working with contract teams to achieve contractual aims (referral targets, engagement, ROI, social value, etc.).
- Keep accurate records of interactions with stakeholders and communities, feeding into continuous improvement.
- Internal: Co‑workers, managers, and wider team; Health Division colleagues; Maximus central division; Maximus companies and associates; Colleague forums.
- External: Local Authority; Integrated Care Partnerships / Boards; Community and Voluntary sector; Population being served / supported; Sub‑contractors and key partners; Community stakeholders; Co‑location cooperatives; Venue providers; Healthcare settings including GP Practices / Primary Care networks.
- Experience of working with a range of stakeholders and communities.
- Experience of presenting to large groups and chairing meetings.
- Experience of building and maintaining partnerships.
- Qualifications and/or certificates that demonstrate skills and knowledge in community development.
- Experience of working in a health, voluntary sector, or social care environment.
- Qualifications and/or certificates that demonstrate a good understanding of the issue around maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
