MAXIMUS is seeking a Case Officer in the UK to join a hybrid team based at Quarry House, Leeds.

The role focuses on handling customer complaints end-to-end, liaising with healthcare professionals and managers, and drafting responses to complex inquiries.

You will analyse complaints, maintain documentation in the CMS, and draft responses for FOI requests, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and quality assurance.

Experience with vulnerable claimants is essential.
