Essential Duties & Responsibilities In liaison with the Payroll Manager ensure that all payroll records are kept up to date and accurate To ensure procedures are followed and employees are paid promptly To ensure that reconciliation of payroll control account To assist with the payroll and ensure that employees are paid correctly Payment of all government taxes and other payroll liabilities are paid on due dates To process & input payroll (Weekly and Monthly) To ensure that all payroll records are up to date and accurate To work with finance management team in reconciling payroll control accounts To manage the timesheet solution programme for the Recruitment division This role is 22.5 hours per week, Wed/Thurs/Fri and is located in our Lewes office primarily, but you can work from home occasionally Preferred Skills & Qualifications Must be PC literate in the following packages: MS packages, Excel, Outlook & Word (Intermediate) Cascade and sage payroll Experienced high volume payroll processing Back-to-back Time sheet management programme (ie: ETZ) Payroll packages and RTI Written Communication skills Planning & Organisation of workloads Oracle fusion and advantage Knowledge of nominal ledger …
