Maximus is seeking experienced trainers to assess learners and deliver tailored ILPs across Barking, Enfield and Stratford.

You will administer screeners and diagnostics, then design action plans with SMART targets to support progression.

Role requires Level 3 teaching qualification (PTTLS/CTTLS) and relevant subject delivery experience, with a focus on adult employability and skills development.

Travel between three sites may be required.
