We have an exciting fullātime opportunity for you to become our Health & Wellbeing Coach. We are looking for an individual based near Buckinghamshire, or within a commutable distance such as Oxfordshire or Hertfordshire. Delivery times will primarily be 5pmā9pm; you must be comfortable working during these hours. This role involves working with families, young people and adults to support their health and wellbeing.

In the UK we employ around 5,000 people across the country to deliver services that make a profound impact on people's lives, from assessments and health services to employability programmes and specialist support.
Key Responsibilities- Triage and assessment of participants.
- Lifestyle behaviour change support (e.g., stop smoking, increase activity, achieve healthy weight/diet, reduce alcohol consumption).
- Problem solving and motivational interviewing.
- Signposting to additional services.
- Delivering multiāchannel, personalised health coaching support: faceātoāface, telephonic, and digital.
- Using multiāmix communications (ināapp messaging, text, email) to share resources and advocate behaviour tracking tools.
- Appraising individuals and population caseloads daily to ensure the right intensity and frequency of support.
- Applying a strengthābased approach to maximise local community assets and the wider health and wellbeing economy.
- Relevant health coaching qualification or accredited health coaching skills programme.
- Direct health coaching delivery experience.
- Experience delivering behaviour change interventions for specific lifestyle issues (e.g., smoking cessation, physical activity, NHS Health Checks, weight management, alcohol reduction).
- Evidence of supporting vulnerable individuals through change processes.
- Caseload management experience using a Case Management System.
- Experience of inputting and processing data with accuracy, meeting targets and deadlines.
- Continuous professional development to ensure upātoādate health coaching provision.
- Experience in a health, community or social care environment, or strong understanding of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Desirable: Membership of a professional body (ICF, EMCC, AoC, UKHCA).
- Experience managing and supervising individuals and teams.
- Degree level education in a relevant subject (e.g., Psychology, Behavioural Science).
- Experience supporting people remotely, telephonically, or digitally.
- Evidence of working with individuals with longāterm health conditions.
