MAXIMUS UK is seeking a trained trainer/assessor to identify learner needs, administer diagnostics, and develop tailored ILPs for 19+ adults in Customer Service, Retail and Warehousing. You will deliver accredited and non-accredited training, mentor learners, and conduct regular progress reviews across Barking, Enfield and Stratford, commuting to all locations.
Role requires Level 3 teaching qualification (PTTLS/CTTLS), assessing achievement, and QA of assessment processes.
