We're recruiting for our Ryde Services to support our wider community team. Your role will be a blend of support, office administrative duties and on-call. Would suit an experienced support worker or senior support worker wanting to take that next step in their career with a high level of support and nurturing around them.
Salary: £28,080 (£13.75ph) – £31,200 (£15.00) – determined on experience and skills.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave.
- 1.5 rate on bank holidays if required to work.
- 45p per mile for travel between work locations during working hours and on-call.
- On-call payment: Based on 1 week every 4-6 on-call for our community teams (£210.00 per week of on-call). This excludes payment for hours worked on-call outside of administrative duties and you will be paid on the hour for extras.
- There will always be support around you when you are on-call.
