Functional Assessor

We\'re looking for a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Registered Mental Health Nurse to conduct health assessments and make a meaningful difference to people\'s lives. This is a hybrid role with only a few days per week in an assessment centre.
What you need:
- A valid NMC registration (RGN, NP, RNLD or RMN) + 1 year of broad post-registration experience gained in or out of the NHS
- Confidence conducting 3 to 6 phone, video or face-to-face health assessments each day whilst working independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce accurate, well-documented Personal Independence
