Frazer Jones are supporting a Private Equity business, based in the West End, to secure an HR Manager for 12 months. This is an exciting role covering the existing incumbent during maternity leave. The client is looking for a versatile and experienced HR Manager who can hit the ground running with little guidance. A commercially minded relationship builder is exactly what is needed. This contract (starting in July) would suit an established HR professional with solid experience from another small / boutique financially regulated business. With a client base of 120 employees, you will be working in a standalone capacity requiring an operational and strategic approach to your work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership – Lead HR operations for a growing business of 50+ employees.
  • Employment Law & Compliance – Ensure policies, contracts, and practices comply with UK employment law.
  • Organisational Design & Development – Analyse and improve structures, processes, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Reward Systems – Develop fair and competitive salary frameworks, external benchmarking, and internal equity.
  • Employee Relations – Act as the reference point for all employee matters, from grievances to wellbeing.
  • Recruitment & Retention – Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Training & Development – Build pathways for learning, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Culture & Engagement – Strengthen collaboration, accountability, and communication across clinical and support teams.
  • Policy & Process – Update and drive HR process and policy across the business.
  • SMCR lead.
