Frazer Jones are excited to be partnering with a scaling series-c fintech who have ambitious growth plans and are rapidly expanding their global presence. They are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner who is experienced in working in startup/scale up environments and who has proven experience working in a high-volume, hands-on delivery role. This is a very fast paced environment in a company that prides themselves on working hard and looking after their teams and where there is also great development opportunities for the right candidate.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with senior managers to help them grow their teams as well as collaborating closely with your team to identify and engage top candidates.
- You’ll be managing the end to end recruitment process, headhunting and sourcing and providing candidates with top tier candidate experience.
- You’ll also have experience building strong pipelines and talent pools.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage end to end recruitment for corporate hires, including legal, compliance, business development and finance roles.
- Source top talent across global markets.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and fully understand their priorities.
- Support with forecasting hiring needs.
- Lead and collaborate on projects to help improve processes.
Who you are:
This is a role that is really going to suit someone who is genuinely passionate about scaling companies. You’ll have a strong understanding of hiring within a regulated environment and have successfully recruited at volume. You’ll be someone who can really understand the company and its future and who is able to be both reactive and proactive, whilst also having an eye on identifying and engaging future talent.
Experience required:
- 3-6 years end to end recruitment experience within fintech or technology, coming from an agency or in house background, focusing on corporate hires.
- Experience sourcing and headhunting candidates and developing candidate pipelines.
- Experience recruiting within a regulated environment is desirable.
- Experience recruiting technical roles is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Top level organisation skills.
