About the Role As a Reward Consultant, you will: Collaborate with clients across industries to design and implement effective reward strategies that align with business goals. Provide expert advice on compensation structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits. Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive positioning. Lead and support projects related to pay equity, executive compensation, and total rewards frameworks.
