What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with senior leaders to deliver people plans aligned to business objectives
  • Leading workforce planning, organisational design and change initiatives
  • Driving conversations around talent, succession, leadership capability and future workforce needs
  • Using people data and insight to influence decision-making and improve organisational performance
  • Building manager capability and embedding a proactive approach to people management
  • Supporting culture change, engagement and inclusion initiatives
  • Acting as a trusted adviser and constructive challenger to senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong HR Business Partnering experience within a complex organisation
  • Proven success delivering organisational change and transformation programmes
  • A proactive, commercially focused approach with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders
  • Experience in workforce planning, talent management and succession planning
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations
  • Someone who thrives in evolving environments and embraces change
  • A pragmatic and innovative change agent who is focused on finding better ways of working
