I have just been retained by a leading global professional services firm who are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to head up their Global Client Services Team. Managing an indirect team in India and a direct team in the UK, you will lead the BAU for all global clients. This is a chunky portfolio with client names to die for and is seen as a pivotal role with client relationships at the very forefront.
It is a challenging role, and the salary on offer reflects this. My client is ideally looking for someone who has experience and exposure in a similar role but wants to work with the best clients and offer a “First in Class” service and experience to all of their global clients.
