Frazer Jones are supporting a Private Equity business, based in the West End, to secure an HR Manager for 6 months. This is an exciting role that has come about due to long term illness. As such, the end date could extend into 2027. The client is looking for a versatile and experienced HR Manager who can hit the ground running with little guidance. A commercially minded relationship builder is exactly what is needed.
This contract (starting in July) would suit an established HR professional with solid experience from another small / boutique financially regulated business. With a client base of 100 employees, you will be working in a standalone capacity requiring an operational and strategic approach to your work.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic HR Leadership β Lead HR operations for a growing business of 50+ employees.
- Employment Law & Compliance β Ensure policies, contracts, and practices comply with UK employment law.
- Organisational Design & Development β Analyse and improve structures, processes, roles, and responsibilities.
- Reward Systems β Develop fair and competitive salary frameworks, external benchmarking, and internal equity.
- Employee Relations β Act as the reference point for all employee matters, from grievances to wellbeing.
- Recruitment & Retention β Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Training & Development β Build pathways for learning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Culture & Engagement β Strengthen collaboration, accountability, and communication across clinical and support teams.
- Policy & Process β Update and drive HR process and policy across the business. SMCR lead.
