We’re looking for a Senior HR professional to take on a broad regional role, supporting multiple European locations and helping shape a consistent, effective HR approach across the region. Working within a growing global company, this position offers a mix of strategic influence, cross‑border collaboration and hands‑on delivery, with plenty of scope to make a meaningful impact. As this role has a purely European focus, UK experience is not necessary but someone who has proven success in markets such as Belgium, Spain, Turkey, Italy, Scandinavia (as well as many others!) will be a great fit for this role. The role is based in Canary Wharf with a hybrid offering and will require the successful candidate to have full right to work in the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Support the rollout of global HR initiatives and help local teams put them into practice
- Coordinate regional HR activity, ensuring consistent processes and compliance across countries
- Work closely with senior leaders to support talent and succession management, implementing processes and measuring deliverables
- Manage cross‑border moves, including rotations, secondments and mobility programmes
- Lead regional talent and succession activity, and support development programmes
- Guide managers on performance processes and help embed global frameworks
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, surveys and action planning for the region
- Advise on recruitment needs for smaller European teams
- Deliver HR projects including DE&I strategies and build strong relationships with leaders and HR contacts across markets
About You
You’ll be successful here if you’re comfortable working across borders, managing complexity and building strong partnerships with diverse teams. This role will be working with lots of senior stakeholders throughout different areas of the business and would suit someone who enjoys using their skills to influence the wider teams and who enjoys guiding and supporting business leaders. We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Solid HR management or business partnering experience in multinational, European environment
- Strong knowledge of mobility, immigration, European employment laws and cross‑border HR practices
- Experience with talent, succession and development programmes
- Confidence influencing senior leaders and coaching less‑experienced HR contacts
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across cultures
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
