The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

We are delighted to be working with one of the biggest names in asset management to find them a Senior Benefits Manager. This newly created role will focus on delivering and managing their benefits, wellbeing, and pension provision across Europe & APAC, as well as manage relationships with their benefits vendors, overseeing onboarding (and any retrospective onboarding) and performance management to ensure a smooth and efficient program delivery.

Key is to provide thought leadership in the design and implementation of benefits strategies, offering innovative ideas and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of their benefit provision across the region. This role will influence the development and execution of regional wellbeing programs, ensuring the initiatives meet the business needs and that awareness is high across the region.

Significant value is placed by the business on the employee experience within their benefits ecosystem and they are looking to meet candidates who can really move the employee engagement dial, leveraging technology to make the user experience one that delights employees. Great emphasis is also placed on the quality of communications around provision choice and selection, therefore the business is looking to meet candidates who excel at designing socialisation strategies to help promote engagement and education, both at the end user population as well as the stakeholder audience.

As a result, the business is looking to meet candidates from either an in-house benefits role or benefits consulting, who has a deep understanding of benefits trends and emerging products and prior experience of managing a team of Benefits Analysts. This is an incredible opportunity for a passionate benefits champion to really add value to a business that operates with significant budget depth.

Location: Liverpool Street. X2 in office days per week.
