The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the delivery of global reward and employee value proposition (EVP) initiatives. The role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent Excel skills, and an interest in compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual salary and bonus review process, including:
- Coordinating data collation for salary benchmarking surveys across a number of locations.
- Collaborating with the Resourcing Team to gather market data across all jurisdictions
- Monitoring review timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
- Managing the secure distribution of salary and bonus data
- Assist in the twice-yearly promotions and progressions cycle by:
- Tracking deadlines and recommendations
- Liaising with HR Business Consultants and HR Operations to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain and update reward-related processes and policies in line with HR standards
- Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes, policies, and procedures
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including:
- Setting up new benefits
- Supporting changes to statutory regulations related to reward, benefits, and EVP
- Contribute to the delivery of global annual benefit renewals through data analysis and costings
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and reports
- Support the wider Reward and EVP team and HR function as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 3 yearsβ administrative experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- Advanced Excel skills and strong overall IT proficiency
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing changing priorities
- Experience in reward or compensation activities is desirable but not essential
