Frazer Jones is partnering with a rapidly expanding business based in Cardiff that is looking to hire a Reward & Benefits Manager. This is a newly created position as both the business and HR team is growing via organic activity and M&A. Reporting to the HR Director and supporting a geographically dispersed employee base, this is a key hire into the HR team with responsibility for designing and implementing the reward and benefits strategy and its ongoing management.
As such you will be involved in a broad range of cyclical activity alongside a broad range of programmes and projects to include:
- Develop and implement the reward and benefits strategy
- Lead the annual salary and pay review processes
- Incentive design and recognition programmes
- Benchmarking and performance
- Lead and manage the administration of all employee benefits including 3rd party vendor management
- Data analysis, management and reporting
- Keeping up to date on the latest reward and benefits innovation ensuring best practice
- Management of related systems and tools
You will be an experienced Reward and Benefits professional, with a proven track record across pay, reward and benefits as well as compensation trends and regulatory requirements. Able to work in both a strategic and operational capacity, you will be an effective communicator that is able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across a complex and fast paced business. The business offers hybrid working and an expectation of 2-3 days in the office so you will need access to central Cardiff.
