An experienced Talent Acquisition Manager is required to provide maternity cover for a high-growth insurance business. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role with responsibility for delivering hiring across the UK, Europe and Asia. You will lead recruitment activity while remaining closely involved in sourcing and hiring mid- to senior-level and business-critical roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering the recruitment strategy
- Managing agency partnerships and budgets

- Driving direct sourcing and referral activity
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation across multiple regions
You will work within a wider HR team as the lead Talent Acquisition specialist.
