An experienced Talent Acquisition Manager is required to provide maternity cover for a high-growth insurance business. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role with responsibility for delivering hiring across the UK, Europe and Asia. You will lead recruitment activity while remaining closely involved in sourcing and hiring mid- to senior-level and business-critical roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering the recruitment strategy
  • Managing agency partnerships and budgets
  • Strengthening employer branding
  • Driving direct sourcing and referral activity
  • Ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation across multiple regions

You will work within a wider HR team as the lead Talent Acquisition specialist.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Manager
  • In-house recruitment background within financial services, ideally insurance
  • Experience in a commercial or high growth environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on, delivery-focused approach

9-12 month FTC starting in June. Hybrid or office-based working depending on location.
