This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to build a career within talent acquisition and recruitment in a fast-paced, professional services environment. Working as part of a collaborative Talent Team, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring hiring managers receive first-class support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate scheduling across multiple business areas
  • Supporting the recruitment team with vacancy administration and applicant tracking
  • Managing candidate communications throughout the hiring process
  • Preparing recruitment documentation, offer paperwork, and onboarding materials
  • Maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Liaising with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners
  • Assisting with recruitment reporting and talent pipeline management
  • Supporting employer branding and recruitment events where required

About You

  • Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, administration, or a Graduate with some work experience
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HR or recruitment systems
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine interest in talent acquisition
