My client a leading high-net worth bank are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 12-month contract. You will take responsibility for supporting the end to end hiring process within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Working with hiring managers, key stakeholders and agencies to deliver on filling all vacancies in a timely mannr
- Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, cv logging and destruction.
- Taking the lead on the Early Careers programme
- Sending out interview confirmations and rejection emails
- Manage the relationship with the Preferred Suppliers List, ensuring suppliers are aware of hiring needs and are following strict submission compliance guidelines
- Ensuring that the PSL are communicating the bankβs vision clearly to all potential employees
- Managing and coordinating the onboarding process for all new joiners
- Owning the new joiner experience, ensuring staff are satisfied and developing well within the bank
